did you check the body for squareness? i know volvos are built like rocks, but a car that has more than double the horsepower it came with...do you think you may have done some twisting to the body?

awesome car man. like everyone else has been saying, this is the car i show off also. i cant wait to see it when its running and with a new colour!

Could someone explain what extending the strut tower does? Is it to go lower or allow more travel in the suspension?

i don't think the strut towers were extended....i think that they were just smoothed out with body filler.

Pretty sure he is painting it Nimbus grey, so that's actual the paint color in those pics.

but really, Dug what are you planning for the interior? If you're not going with racing seats; I'd suggest you try out some S60R seats, especially if you are going to drive it across country.
