I got the whole kit for favours. I got the whole kit and a Dodge shadow with a seized motor for picking up another car for my friend a couple hours away. Kit went through a whole maze of people and finally found a home on a car its not meant for

But heres a link to the place that sells them new, I would never have been able to sell mine for close to that where I live.

2fast242gt, thanks for the reassurance on the diff, I was kinda concerned, I was expecting it to be the weak point, whole cars holding together surprisingly well actually.

any more pic of the flathood on your car? How does it match up with your cowl?

terribly, but good enough, I spaced it up on the back and it just barely touches the coul on the way up. Kinda constantly looks like the hood is popped. I didn't have the flathood latch assembly, so i don't know if thats different to make the front of the hood line up more flush. i'll get some detailed pics at the car show tomorrow.

painted lip, and some race car styled electrical tape to hold the plastic covers on, I lost one while e-brake sliding and doing a burnout. I need some ideas for some sideskirts, and have an idea for the rear when I come across the right kind of material.

My 1 inch 4.25 to 4.5 adapters came, so I test fit some of my firends 17's, need a 5 mm or so spacer in the front to clear strut, getting some good fitment on this things gunna be a bit tough.

diy coilovers would solve the front clearance issues. what do you mean 1" 4.25 to 4.5 adapter? that confuses me, maybe im in the wrong train of thought but wouldnt the adpters be 5x108 to what ever your new wheels are? those wheels looks AWSOME btw. dish looks GREAT! loving your project!

Sorry, i'm not up on wording, the adapter is 1 inch thick, so it kinda adapts and spaces at the same time. diy coilovers are definatly on the list when I get another job. And the rims are sadly not mine, they belong to the owner of that dark gray s13 with the rotas on it in the background.

so are these rims are what 5x114? what was the ofset? he lip just looks great, also for sideskirts a volvo 850 skirt could be modded to fit. it would take some work.

My aim is like your sig picture, obviously without camber, and maybe a mm or 2 clearance haha.

And yeah, the adapters go to 5x114.3, definatly gunna look into 850 sideskirts.

Edit- Rims are 35 offset.

4.25 inches IS 108mm

4.5 inches is 114.3mm

also, 5x4.25 to 5x4.5 adapters are pretty common. I've seen them on Ebay for pretty cheap. Easy way to get FWD offset 5x114.3 wheels onto a Volvo.

That s13 has a vehicle inspection against it, and the windshield needed replacement before it can be insured anyways.

Those are e-bay adapters indeed, hoping to go for not fwd offset though haha. Adapters give me the same bolt pattern as 5-lug nissans(skylines, s13, s14), same bolt pattern as my Dads old mopars, and a whole slew of easy to get rims and dope selctions in aftermarket.

I'm gunna need to do some trimming on the rear quarter cause I can't get a tigh enough roll on the fenders even with a sledge hammer to get the fitment i eventualy want, some serious thick metal goin on there.

I need tuner lugs and a pair of 5mm spacers(strut clearance) before I can borrow those rims from my friend.

I got my very own rims. They are TSW Kyalami's, 17x8 20 offset. With a 1 inch thick adapter to go to 5x114.3 which is the rim bolt pattern. Bought them from a guy who had them laying around a while.

The front needs more camber and to go lower to get rid of wheel gap, but I'm at the point where the spring isn't doing anything anyways.

The rear needs bushings cause the diff is moving around too much for the amount of clearance there is.

Heres pics

Man, nice wheels turn an ugly looking beater (no offense) into a really sweet looking ride. It was the same to my car, once I ditched the 15's and lowered it like yours and put 17's on it, it was a completely new car.

Poly rear bushings would be a great idea, especially when drifting and with the welded diffy, that's pretty rough on bushings.

Haha, I know what you mean about the beater car thing, in person it looks like a ghetto cruiser with stolen rims on it.

I have plans for paint in the future, though friends are telling me to do it stock colour.

The front lip is a Razzi bodykit for a Dodge Shadow.
