so what CAUSED the failure? roller lifter taking a dump?

Cam hardening surface wearing out and the needle bearings shooting out of the lifter. Common issue when you rev the piss out of these things with high miles on em

Its possible but unlikely. Even if they crack they generally stay in the lifter

Thomas how much spacer are you running out back? Also my trailing arms are shortened so i can run em out a little more

Changed my mind again. Pulling the engine. I remember just having to spend 500 bucks on parts to throw a trans in it for some weird reason...

I think they were 32mm in the front and rear.

Nice, i looked on yoshifab site and didnt see the lh2.4 flywheel, any info on that piece? I want to do a t56 behind mine, and i need a flywheel for the setup. And then the larger question at hand DIRY?

You have to pm him. Also he may have the scematics for a t56 to redblock adaptor still. I have one that uses a redblock bell housing that i got from him

I have the belhousing adapter to th350, 400, 700r4, that should work for the original 350 bellhousing t56 right? Whats the screen name? thanks for the info.
