Default T5 to T5 pilot bearing

Just ordered an adapter plate from Roger Dee. In reading through the forums, I can't seem to find a definitive answer to what others have found that works.
While on the topic of the swap, what have folks used for slave/throw out bearing setup?

Have you checked the whiteblock conversion thread? OldVolvo just updated with all the various TB addicts who have whiteblocked..... several are running the FORD T5 behind them.
