Default s70 seats in my 240 and schtuff

did this a while ago, and i thought it was worthwhile to show off. Welded the 240 track right to the inside of the s70 track, took an hour, bolted right in...and then i made all the rest of the interior black and put a new dashboard in...that took more than an hour.
BEFORE

AFTER

this is our 99 saab, we're selling it for 4k, 108k miles, buy it...

this is my cafe racer, don't buy it.

Wish you would have took pics of the track after welding. I suck at visualizing. The result looks fantastic.

Had to take a chance. I might be interested. If you still have it at the beginning of July, I'll be in Philly and would like to take a look.

Nice seats, btw. Did you keep the power adjust functions or are these manual?

Love it. If I keep my 240, I'll be doing this to it, as s70's are probably a bit easier to find in a JY than my coveted 850r seats . Did you snag some pics of the inside track? I'd like to see the work too.

Is the sitting height now lower than 200 seats?

it's about the same, they are manual seats, and i can get about 4 inches of front and rear height adjustment.
