Vintage Direct replacement for Volvo P/N: 945363 "Hubcap" center screw

Has anyone found the real deal, #3 Phillips direct replacement (McMaster Carr #?)
or have the dimensions of an original, so I can figure it out for everyone?

Well, since your pic from Scandix calls it a 1035423 (old number 945363), and eBay says a 945363 is 3/8 UNC, I brought up the other picture on Scandix and measured the pixels on the screen.

Expanded in my editor, the threads were 300 pixels high.
The screw was 560 pixels long (flat/oval head size is TOTAL length).
A little calculator play says 3/8 UNC x 11/16.
Mcmaster shows a few types of 5/8 or 3/4 length, both using a #4 driver.

You can probably figure out exactly what you want from there. :)
