Is anyone using MSD coils? With MegaSquirt?

It is being used in conjunction with a Bosch ignitor mounted on the drivers inner fender.
I believe it is the source of a noise problem.
95 8v 4cyl Turbo (stock intercooled) 700 series
I believe the low primary resistance (.355 ohms) is drawing more current than needed for a low boost motor and the 3 foot long wires to the coil are acting as a broadcast antenna.
