I'm trying to order a custom driveshaft and I'm struggling with the rear differential flange. I took measurements but can't find any adapters online. I was wondering what those of you with V8 or T5 swapped 240s did for the rear u-joint to flange

Apparently after 89-ish they went to a non-standard u-joint. 88 and earlier appear to be 1310. I've done 3 different driveshafts, and all were on earlier cars using the 1310 u-joints.

My car is an 83, and my bolt circle measurements line up to this 1310 to flange: https://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/p2566_dana_spicer_2_2_389_flange_yoke_1310_series_.html

Thanks for the insight on that. I'm still stressing about getting this driveshaft made

I was thinking that was the correct one. Small BCD and 3/8" bolt holes.

If anyone is ever looking for random DS parts, I have had great luck with Fort Wayne Clutch (and Dennys Drive Shaft). Lots of parts and dimensions: https://fortwayneclutch.com/part-ca...el/by-series-flange-yokes/1310-steel-flyokes/

Any suggestions for custom driveshafts in the PNW? I'll be calling Six States in pasco today, just want some other opinions too

6 States is usually pretty decent. I wouldn't sweat it.

In Portland we have: 6 States, Driveline Express (Potter Webster), and Driveline Services. I've known people that have used all of them multiple times with great success. My go-to is Driveline Express since they can usually do a rebuild/modify within 24 hours, and full custom shafts within a 2-3 days.
