Chasing a phantom

1990 turbo wagon likes to die. Tow it home and it starts. Poke around and can not find any thing. Next time it died in the car port. Pushed it out for better access and it started . Any ideas?
 
Ignition amp in the left front fender is another cause of random stalling.

You aren't low on fuel are you? A low tank and a bad intank pump also causes this symptom.

Incandescent lamp between coil negative and ground. Blink?


LED lamp to powerstage "input" wire. Blink?
 
Maybe found it.it looks like one of the pins on the cps got pushed back. This was on the body harness connected.

These connectors on LH2.4 under hood have bit me several times...... anything that is touched needs confirmation, as they certainly weren't designed for 50 on/off cycles like the GM Weatherpack parts.
