It seems Volvo seam sealed the doors with them on the car,as there is none on the hinge side of the doors.

You have to work quickly,shoot it in,wipe it down,and pull the tape.
Then it flows out nicely.

Surfbrick brings by some trick bondo that sticks to roughed up [ # 80 grit ] paint,instead of bare metal.

A bit on the C pillar to float the 1/4 weld repair.
They had it on an eighth of an inch thick here,I don't know why.

Popping the metal back up kept the filler thickness down to about a half millimeter.
One has to be very careful not to create/leave a high spot especially on a big panel or it will never look right.

I'm kinda jealous of your pastel catalyzed acrylic enamel to tell you the truth.
No peeling clear coat and easy touch up FTW.
They tell me it's too hard to shoot it.
