My friend Noah helped me put this together.

A stock spoiler for comparison:

First we enlarged the main air ducts. Noah did a great job here.

<img src=http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s294/jonnyparolin/IMG_0275.jpg>

Then we added the extra lip cut from another volvo spoiler and holes for the brake ducts.

<img src=http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s294/jonnyparolin/IMG_0282.jpg>

<img src=http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s294/jonnyparolin/IMG_0281.jpg>

then fiberglass reinforcement on the seam

I bought these plumbing pieces for the brake ducts but by the time we cut the angle there was nothing left for clamping on the hose later. So we just ended up gluing two together.

cleaning up the seam:

And the final product:

My god that is a gorgeous car! Incredible work!

Thanks for the details on the brake ducts too, cuz I am thinking of doing the same thing. That looks super clean, so I might have to bite your style ;-)

That is friggen awesome... I want one... might have to attempt making one when I get a chance. You guys did some awesome work!

Where about in Ontario are you located?

y'all should figure out how much it costs to make them and sell them, I'd probably pay $100 for one (I'm sure others would pay more though, full-time student ftl)....

Yeah they turned out better than I thought. At first I thought they were gonna be too small but they look good just like that.

Now I gonna have to find some kinda flexible hose to go to the backing plate

North bay, about 3 hours north of Toronto

Not sure what diameter that is, but that shouldn't be too hard to find.

So did you just cut the hole in the spoiler to the size of the inside diameter of the pipe and then epoxy the pipe on? It looks perfect from the front.
