And so I got td04 turbo with 54mm out.
IC has in and out ports of 63mm.
My modified kjet manifold and big throotle has diameter of 76mm.
I have bigger valves in my head.
My turbo pumps 1,7bar :oogle:

Me asking TB what size of hoses should I use for best flow? Im not a MSc in physics, but I thinking about makin' it as written below:
from turbo to IC - 54mm
from IC to throttle 76mm.

Gases will expand in IC and increase speed and then after IC will go full boosted to intake. Am I right or go back to primary school and physics book?

2-1/2 is probably plenty.
Too big and you have lag pressurizing the system.
How bog is the outlet, the ports on the ic, the throttle body.
Those are your guidelines...unless you have long runs...tens of feet...the frictional losses are lost in the noise. Better to have continuous smooth sizes.
2.5 through out will work fine...the 2.5 opening run will give a little expansion cooling to the charge and reduced flow losses.
