Default Intank E85 fuel pump

What Intank fuel pumps people have converted to on E85 to handle 400whp plus?

Just swapped my 255 walbro to a 320 AEM, ran #10 to the relay from the battery, #12 from the relay to the pump. The 320 is spec'd at 15A full tilt.

10g wiring straight from the battery. It works great and it's like 100 bucks shipped

Are you going to bypass the main pump?

I haven't decided yet. I've been doing some reading on inline pumps and it seems like the aem in the tank should boost the k jet pumps output but I'm not really sure at what point it would just become a restriction for a beefier in-tank unit

I was running a walbro 255 and around 380whp on E85 through a 1/8" barb on fuel pump on a 04 srt4.Before a return on those cars you can push 420whp E85 through the stock system by replacing the barb with 5/16 hose. I'm not sure how much horsepower your pushing but a Intank 320lph is probably plenty.

I did the conversion and used a Srt4 10ga wire kit with relay. How did you guys bypass the main pump? Are you still using the stock fuel filter?

Bypassed it with a 135* AN fitting into the stock filter inlet and a long piece of Earls from the stock hardline to the fitting.

Btw did your fuel sock fit loosely to the pump? All what was retaining mine was a clip on my AEM 50-1200.

+1 for the 450lph. probably going to switch to a couple or four of those on the gold car and give the tired old 044's a break

My car is doing something weird after install. I'm not maintaining good fuel pressure. My fuel pressure gauge drops when I give the car gas. I haven't removed the main pump yet but I expected it to be drivable after just adding the Aem fuel pump and 10ga rewire. The car runs but dies under any load.
