It's easy to fix the large clocks, the capacitor is easy to get to. It's the small clock that is difficult to repair (which I've done). You have to open the can on the small ones, and that's not nearly as easy. The big clock is just screwed in to the cluster and it comes out easily. Would be helpful to know what size cap is in there first and have the part on hand. You can go higher in voltage on the caps, but use the same microfarad rating. It's probably a size that Radio Shack doesn't keep in stock. I had to mail order mine, and I lost track of what the rating of it was.
