a 4cyl Mustang T5 trans should be picked up this month. I just have to decide on what clutch and pressure plate to use. I'm leaning towards a Mustang 4cyl Exedy clutch disc with a Clutchnet green pressure plate. I would like a stockish feel to pedal while holding up to 10-15 psi out of the 15g. I'll most likely to be going with Ben's adapter plate and use a Volvo pilot bearing and Mustang throw out bearing

242 is in hibernation for almost 3 years now. I had my dd. I was installing BNE torque rods on my wagon on Saturday so I didn't even hit the showfield. My buddy with the gold 244+204 there parked on e corner by you. I saw your car but didn't see you

Can you tell me what size adapters you used?

I see adapters that are 5x108 to 5x120 that are 20mm/1.00"/1.25"

Are the salad shooters the staggered setup? 16x8.5 in front and 16x9.5 in the rear?

I'm back at it again. Fixed the exhaust manifold leak with new turbo to manifold studs/nuts/gasket. Put in Koni Race shocks out back and finally assembled my wheels.

I took it to the track a few weeks ago. The clutch did not want to hold very well but it still went 15.4@93 slipping between every shift and I didn't launch it. 2.3 60ft and 10psi

Last picture before the car went into hibernation. Toying with the idea of selling these wheels and getting something less aggressive

First off, I LOVE your car! It's like what my 242 wants to be when it grows up, wheels and all!

Second, care to share some info on which advance adapters part number it took to bolt the ma5 to the ls?

Thanks!
-Ben

Ben,

Thanks for the kind words, this car always seems to get mixed reviews.

I believe I used this adapter

Let me know if you're interested in some gold meshies. I have a set of Riken Mesh that are the same size as my AREs

Here's a picture of the engine bay. The car runs and had 26 miles put on it today. The tune could use some clean up but it's doing very well so far.

Not much of an update but the car rips at 5-6psi. More tuning will be done and I'll have to work on getting some more videos
