You may use a turbo cam from any redblock, so yes, that will work just fine.
As noted above, I have copied and pasted below a decent starting point for ignition advance. I would not go more than 16?, that should be plenty sufficient. That's up to your discretion though.
If you're asking about camshaft timing advancing, I would NOT do that with the T cam. No need. I actually ran around with it retarded 4 degress and tight valve clearances to give it a wider powerband.
