rubber or poly sway bar mounts?

Which would be better for the cost? I know that the poly is good for other suspension components, but does it matter with the sway bar mounts?

what about a worn/loose 19mm bushing to cram teh 23mm bar into... that would be stiff and very cost effective :) what u think?
 
The pivot bushings are about $20 CDN, and the end links are about $10 CDN. For all of 'em. Try spending less than $30 at the dealer!
