I have used this small tool for grinding welding, not angle grinderIf you mean on the rear fender..I was planning to use this black thing on angle grinder to take the paint, but I think you just gave me a really good idea to use paint stripper!
Just bought a REALLY strong one to that Im using on my rims right noSo Ill test that on the car also..

Thanks!

super inspirational man, i'm contemplating whether to widen the fenders or do it the way you do.
it sure adds a lot more body to the car

Thanks for that!
Yeah it really does! And it looks original for people who dont know volvo..A friend of me looked at it and wondered what i did to it, I told him to look more..After maybe a half minute he bursts out: Damn, it looks so wide! You fix the fenders?

I think thats one of the coolest things, it blends in with the rest of the car but still it looks really badass

All the peaces in the rear in place!

Really nice to see a "complete" car again

After some welding and grinding

Good quality on the welding peaces! It will be fixed offcorse..

Seamwelding..I am welding 25mm and 40mm space between weldings..Fits suprisingly good!Almost no compromises with longer/shorter weldings

After some temporary paint

Trunk is complete again!

Started a little bit on the front fender since the car is not in the workshop..

The other fender I will use for parts

Took out the bushnings, they was new in the whole front when I bought the car(never been driven with exept 4 miles I drove) so I will reuse them

And a picture of most of the tools I use for bodywork
