"New" bars for the front fenders


Cutted this of a part car and cleaned it

Finish grinding on both sides


And some paintIt looked good, under the car it will be grinded 100% flat..



Welded all holes on the left side also


Accident when pulling the engine and gear out..

Picked up some parts from blasting!Complete front suspension for my friends 740 also


My parts


This plate also!



Cutted out this from the part car..Hoped it looked good!


And it did!


My floor


Finished welding and grinding


And fixed some small holes after taking the plate inside the car out..


Here also, some small things that I didnt finish under the widening prosecc because of the bad time..


My mothers 245 in the background


Welded eight holes in the trunk


Some temporary paint



All the welding on the floor finished!

Painted a little bit here..The lines you can see are not welding, but that **** that is under the car..Im really satisfied with this weldings!


Some paint other places I welded




The seamwelding is starting to look like something

2 meters of alu pipe for the intake manifold

Seamwelding..Decided to do like this in the back, wasnt exactly sure how to do it here..

Had to bend a little bit, but I think it looks good still..



To holes here when I grinded the thick grey **** away

Here it has perfect measurment between the holes


Here I need to grind a bump, because it needs to come a little bit closer also

Moved the car to my place again, since my neighbor wanted his workshop back again for the summer


Really nice to see the car outside!Will take pictures the same place when its finished

Spotted on the reinforcements

Took this old peaces out..Welded four strings inside and just knocked them out with a hammer

Picked up the engine:D Took a 115 norwegian miles roadtrip to get it:p Drove 5 a clock after work and returned the next day 9 o clock and took of straight to work..Tough day at work!


The guy I both the engine from had a "ok" car!


Safe homeMy mothers 245 runned like a clock the whole way!


Took the wireharness off the next day

And took the intake manifold away, need the other type like the s60r have

Took off the tire on one of the rims, are going to start to fix this


Made my floorpan ready for welding but had no alu left for welding:(



Took this from a 6cyl engine and cutted it for the 5cyl engineWill use it for the new intake manifold


And pressed new bushnings in here

Drilled this with 30mm holeTo put the bolt in place



New nuts for the rims!


And welded my floorpan!

Did some floorpans for two guys on the norwegian volvoforum to



Took the manifold off to get to the water pipe


Started on the oilpipe, a little bit to long


After cutting, grinding and washing


Nice fitment!


After weldingThe floorpan actually fitted also:p
