Did the finish job on the weldings here..No they are even and the marks you see I can barely feel with my nails..On the other side you dont feel it so I think its okeyAlso the flange is very straith so I wont bother to take it to the fres(?)..

Made a peace in 8mm alu

Grinded the floorpan, will put the heat sensor her

And weldedNo I need a M10x1 threadmaker before I can put the floorpan on the eninge..

Found a m10x1 threadmaker at work!:D

And it fittedThe threads on the sensor are conic

This is from the 850 oilpan, going to make a copy, but 6mm longer

Will be like this with the new pipe

Started on the intake flange..

Found this

Made a nice arc and grinded the welding flat with it

Drilled and made threads in the flange and spotted it on the intake

I think it looks nice when it has the same shape as the intake

Will weld the flange finish today

Needed threads in the hole closest to the "oilbox"

Finished

Engine mount mounted

These three holes needed threads on the otherside

FinishAfter making the threads I noticed that the hole to the right in the picture had nothing to do with the engine mount

Here I drilled to fit a m10 bolt instead of m8

Cutted the stearing pin away since I will be changing the mounts after I get lisenceplate on the car anyway

Mounted

Tested the other eninge mount!Fitted very wellHomer is a magician!

Someone knows what this is for?

The engine now..Next I want to mount is water pipe and intake manifold

Got new gaskets for intake and exhaust

And the peaces I made for the wattlink

That front bracket is one of the original engine mounts. You can remove it.

Got this for free from a friend, original 240 turbo exhaustWill use this for the test to get the lisensplate for the car and then swap with stainless

Picked up a new radiator!Need some nice parts sometimes to keep the motivation on top

Started on the intake..The car this came from had been run on gas so they had pit some nozzles there..Started to remove one to see if I could fix it

Grinded it good and welded..Just melted it out after welding so it would "blend in"
