Started on the outer lip for the rim!

Alot of these on the lip

In progress!Under the chrome there was kopper color, maybe something the use to get the chrome to stuk?

After 4,5 HOURS all the chrome was gone!! No the fun begins

Did it like this..On the rest I will use paintremover and leave the chrome for korosjon protection

Started with removing the last of the paint on the outer lip

Finished weatsanding with 800 paper..A friend does the quality controll

Finished weatsanding with 1200 paper..Suprisingly shiny after that!

Then the real fun began!Used something called Autosol, it metalpolish..The result was AWESOME!

My friend does the last finish

Had to test with the senter

Looks so much better, polished outer lip makes the rim look wider also!

Im going to have this color on the senter and the bolts will be gold zinkedWhat do you guys think about that?

I agree!!
Also think gold would look stupid when the senter on these rims are so big

Fixing an intake for a guy on volvoforum also

Put my intake in the "straightener"..Was very scared that it would fall out with my crappy attachment:p

But it went okeyUntil I finished and pulled it out..Then I dropped it to the floor and made ha nice mark in the flange

Put it back to remove the mark..

Also grinded the hole to make it completely round

Original arm

This is how its going to look, very roughly
