You guys are doing the Good Work man. Not just good job. It actually adds value to the community. Mad props.

Looks like a very clean car to start with, and nice work on the oil pan.. If for some reason you need a different rack and pinion angle to suit that particular motor/accessory package, we have a kit that will rotate it more toward the firewall and downward, and that will offer more clearances for accessories..

Also, any feedback on the radiator with that engine combination would be helpful to a few guys also, and I appreciate you sharing this direction, because it will be a compliment option to the LS builds we are doing...

We may have intake issues with the steering linkage, so we may be interested in that. We were talking about radiator fitment today, looks like the upper center outlet pipe may have to be moved due to clearance issues with the timing cover.

As far as final drive, tentatively we are talking 3.73, 4.11 at the most.

Looking good.

You will need to clearance the bellhousing for the crank position sensor....or are you going a different route?
Also the coolant port on the back of the head, going to block it or use it?

That front suspension/subframe is a work of art, absolutely gorgeous!

Love this it look great. Im working on an 1800 right now that I'm planning on putting a 6 cylinder white block in. Still a long ways from that portion of the project. Cant wait to see more photos of this car. Great work.

Impressed, what are the shops buisness goals? Is it a volvo specialty repair place with interest in fabrication on the side?

yeah, the shop has been around for 20+ years, we are a full service volvo repair shop. We just do this kind of thing for our own cars. we do performance install stuff all the time though

Thanks man! we are looking very closely at your build, thats where we heard about kl racing.
We are going to do mega squirt on this car, with provisions for crank pick up in the vibration dampener. the old heater hose port in the back of the head has been blocked.
Sweeeeet.

Where's the front suspension from?
the suspension is amazing, it comes from robert at swedish ops. His name is theonlyrealone on here. he has a few crazy builds going
