Fastener/wrenching clearance on the intake side doesn't look great... :-P

I'd just weld it on...

If your concerned about it fitting your not a true engineer! You should see some of the designs we get handed. All you can do is laugh.


Think you can rotate the TB just enough to make the adapter shorter? just enough so you can get the bolts out of alignment.

The throttle cam runs into the intake if its placed any closer.
 
If you have an iq equal to or greater than your shoe size this swap is no problem. Just take Jake here as an example; he barely has the cognitive capacity to string enogh words together to make a coherent post, yet he's managing pretty well.
