OK thanks guys. Maybe not the best idea to run the old field-find survivor car through that. Unfortunately we don't have a ton of extra time to putter around on the way to or from Davis, but I've been up Hwy 1 in better cars before anyway.

Didn't Thomas find some awesome dirt road Dukes of Hazzard wildlife preserve somewhere in the Central Valley? Maybe I should rally this thing a bit on the way up on Friday.

Pah. That Polestartuned T6 had me feathering the throttle in the straights

As long as there aren't too many straight bits, my GT should be okay... Brakes are good and I have a ton of grip.

At least, I can keep up with a Mazdaspeed Miata and an ND, as long as it's tight and technical.

Massive reading comprehension fail on my part. I thought you were talking about doing a spirited drive TO Davis. Totally missed that you meant the actual Spirited Drive™ event

Yeah, might be better suited for the scenic drive for you Chris. A 75 B20 with all 96hp will be a bit sluggish. If you've got some handling work on it, yeah, maybe.

Don't think the GT will have too much of an issue, but we will put the NA crew behind the turbo crew.

Harald...that T6 was having to work to hang with me in the twisties and straights as well, even on that last bit where we left the group so we could make the lunch stop.

Glad you can make it Erik! I'll be at the house friday if you need any prep time or a driveway spot. I'm about 20 minutes from Sac Raceway.

Rally car is in doubt unless I find 5 more hours each day this week, an exhaust guy and a stock foxbody driveshaft :/

I'll still come pop in with the c30 or take the 335i I am trying to sell up.

Hmm, might have to roll out there if I have time Erik. If this new tune does well, might be in for a 12...

Depends on how the detailing goes. Hit me up when you get to Sac. Hell, if you want, swing by for a beer before you roll out there, see where I'm at.
