It will crack at the collector even after you brace it. At least you have flanges for when you build a real manifold.

thanks man. I'm taking my time and not cutting one corner.
I'm getting rid of that header and buying captain bondo's header. I'm not sure why I took a shortcut there.
A $100 mistake.
We all learn I guess.

whats so bad about the header besides the chopping and flipping? is the manifold itself horrible quality?
 
so just to confirm, you ordered this thing like a week ago when you made the "LOLZ FRONT MOUNT HEADER" thread and this is that header?

You did have to cut/reweld, right?
