wow, that is probably one of the nicest OEM look 240's I've ever seen in my life.
thats the type of look I have/ am trying to achieve with the 245.
Also a Tourist/Diplomat Car.
see my project thread!

They are so clean since I replaced them a little less than a year ago with some aftermarket units from ebay but one is coming apart like the old ones were. When I say coming apart I mean the seal on them has dried out and the lenses are loose again.

But that all will be fixed very soon.

You can find virgos or dracos for pretty damn cheap not to mention the tire selection for 195-60-15's is quite affordable as well.

Probably a little, but don't worry...this is the cleanest original paint 240 out there.

Just Color splashing and a little contrast, that's really it. I also boosted the reds in the B&W portion to make it look more infrared.

Are you over-tightening them?

WOOT! the belt issue was due to the old bolt backing off and sliding enough to make the belts slip....sorry about not updating earlier...

Made it from central FL to my aunt's in Atlanta with one fill up and in 6.5 hrs without a hitch and the same back to central FL two weeks later.....

I was hoping for snow while I was there but got nothing but sleet, so nothing really to get a snap shot of IMO.....

But it was so cold that the fog light rock guards cracked and fell apart, how awesome is that right?

The new ones are here finally from roversnorth.com just need to wait after MLK to pick them up...

Winter Jam is comming up soon in Daytona Beach, debatting about entering again this year for the show, or just exhibit, decisions decisions....

DubJam was great! The show was a tad bogus but it was nice to meet a couple of people like Scott and Eric from here...

The 244 placed first again this year but in Modified Euro, last year was 1st in Stock Euro, there wasn't a stock class this year so I went out on a limb since I have so much done to the car in OEM+ format, but I was the only Volvo there, so hopefully more Volvos will show up next year...

Finally found a roof rack that I could afford that is in the condition that I wanted(i.e. great!)

here are some pics from today, I also posted them in the Showroom but also wanted to update here....

Man, looks like my 244.

Well or at least it did before you began modifying it. Probably for the best I'm selling mine, I'd just be an also ran a few steps behind, lol.

I think you are the first person to use the words modified when talking about my car, most just say it's stock, I mean it is/looks stock, but not entirely...

So Kudos to you and thanks for recognizing my hard work put into it.

Hey no, that's the best kind of modified. It's all very tasteful. I totally see what you're going for for the look. Trust me, it's time and hard work well spent. Super clean car. So kudos to you!

Opinion.

I got a set of wheels 15's to be exact.

Should I go with a 195 or a 205? I'm thinking 205/60/15.
