What is the torque spec for bellhousing bolts?

Tighten until the threads strip out, then back off 1/4 turn. :-P

Haynes says:
M10: 26-37 ft-lbs
M12: 41-66 ft-lbs

Example: here's an M10 bolt (10mm diameter threads).
PS: You can't always go by the head size (18/19). I've found several car brands that use the same thread size and pitch, but different heads.

Same as any other M12 x 1.75 bolt

It is the bolt size and pitch and grade which sets the torque needed.

Don't you have a book?

What are you doing working on a car without a book?

What did you just do? Did you torque anything prior to this?

They don't need torquing, they are bell housing biolts...Pull as hard as you can with an ordinary ratchet handle.
