+1
Script takes away from the coolness of the car IMO
Just in case you forgot...you drive a SLAMMED, clean 245...nobody will mistake that car.
Smaller, classic windshield banners at the top, similar to the IPD many of us have, or something like that (always thought VOLVO in the older font would be cool) don't impede vision nor get in the way of your wipers.
Regardless, glad to see someone enjoying and taking pride in their 240, keep it up!
Engine plans soon?
Get a banner that says "donger" in the same font ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ
Then maybe a temporary v8 swap while I build a turbo redblock. Idk I'm just bench racing at this point?
That is silliness. Once the V8 is in there may as well leave it there for the increased tuning capability.
As for getting a bit more pep out of your current engine: First thing I'd do is a cam. Get the A cam or the turbo cam from iPd (yes it also helps N/A's). The next thing I'd do is research up the quickest and easiest way to +T your car. A basic tiny turbo +T makes a good bit of difference.
The efan should help too though, the mechanical fans are heavy, and if the fan clutch is seized they become a bit of an anchor.
Then just do a low psi +t on this for now and learn what you do and don't want out of a turbo system.

K/H cam on a stock motor = 10-15hp if you are lucky.
+t at 3-4psi = 30hp
See the maths?
That's approximate real maths.Didn't see the edit before I replied..
Is this real maths or fake maths? If this is real maths then it looks like I'll be going this route.
Auto-x, you will want some sort of LSD. One tire fire while trying to come out of a turn sucks.
lol the springs in my old wagon did the same thing in the rear. back left corner sat like an inch lower and it rode like ****.
make sure you put the taller part of the spring facing forward. due to how the rear suspension works it'll stay in better that way. also may be worth hacking up some junkyard seatbelts to make limiting straps to prevent your rear axle from drooping far enough for the spring to pop out. I meant to do that but never got around to it.
