Two 850 Problems - Idle and Speedo

My '97 855 NA MT sat for about 2 months waiting for some collision repair. Since then, the idle speed has bee erratic. When I start up, it goes to 800 as it should, but then drops to about 500-600 (car shaking). It pretty much just stays at that low RPM for the rest of the journey.

Now, the speedometer and odometer have stopped working. I'll hook up my OBD-II interface tonight to see if the speed is getting that far.

Any thoughts?
