90 240 Struts on IPD springs - swap on 84 244 Turbo.

Hey TB -

Is the strut assembly from a 1990 240 (donor) on IPD sport lowering springs compatible for swap with a 1984 244 Turbo? Basically looking at using donor car swap of the tie-rods, ball joint, struts, etc.

Will they bolt in? Yes.

I'm not sure when 240s got anti-lock brakes, but that is the only hiccup I can think of right now...ABS calipers only have one flex line whereas the non-ABS calipers have two flex lines.

My'92 244 had no spacers. Bilis fit fine.

I just went the haphazard way and torqued the f*ck out of the glands on the bilsteins in my wagon. Haven't backed out yet..
