Turn signals not working and missing gauge cluster connector

Strange problem here: There seems to be a connector on the back of the gauge cluster but there doesnt seem to be a plug behind the dash (89 760)...curiously, my turn signals arent working. Before I go tracing the problem, is there supposed to be a plug for that connector, is that mybe causing the problem? If so, the connector somehow got really jammed into some wiring bundle cause i certainly cant find it...
 
a bump, seems like the turn signals trace t that connector but fer christs sake i cant find the conenctor behind the dash...need some confirmation before i start pulling wiring bundles looking for it
 
hmm, okay, new request: is the turn signal relay witht he other realys behind the passenger kick panel? if so, which one is it?
