On further inspection of the rims; one of the rims is a little bent (the other 3 are ok other than some scratches and curb rash (nothing a little jb weld and some sanding can't fix)

So I decide what the worst i could do i? Wreck the rim sure. But after watching some youtube video on straightening rims, they increased my bravado to the point I could do this at home. (Cue the A-team montage music)

Since i had a front strut tube with the hub still on it, I bodged this up to check the run out with my el-cheapo dial indicator

So armed with a blowtorch, a BFH, 4 ton bottle jack and a laser thermometer I went to work on the rim.

hopefully it is straight enough I was planning to take it to a tire shop to see what they say. What are your thoughts TBers? its not perfect but pretty close on the run out with the dial indicator
