Default Big Time Leak into Fuse Box

Iíve noticed a ton of water leaking from my fuse box anytime it rains and now my driver side carpet is completely soaked. After a little poking around, Iíve found that the leak comes from the sunroof. Anytime I pour water on the sunroof, water travels down the tubing to exit the vehicle but then it also just dumps all over the fuses and into the car. Is there a way to fix this or am I better off sealing the sunroof shut? Thanks, fellas!

Check the drain hose. We once had to re-insert the hose back into the hole in the door jamb.
