Dark blue 245 pics request

Thinking about the paint on my car. It is the light blue color now. I am toying with the idea of painting it a darker blue metal flake. Any one have any pics of dark blue cars with custom paint? The factory dark blue with no flake is okay, but I'm looking for something with more eye interest. Particularly interesting would be custom stripes or other multi tone paint jobs.

I've had a 244 in the dark blue for years and love it. in person the metallic is much better than the single stage imo.

This is my second 245 in the same color.

My 89 is pretty dark blue. Not sure the paint code. Depending on the light it sometimes looks black. In this pic all blue.

Code 406 is the 1988-on dark blue metallic. 200 is the 1983-87 version. On my 245, I have both colors, since the tailgate is a post-'87 part.

I may paint my 242 code 406, if I don't leave it black, then get the 245's tailgate resprayed in 200. If I leave the 242 black, then the 245 will be redone in 406.

I did my engine bay in Ford Kona Blue while I have the engine out. I like it, can't wait to see the whole car in it.

Yeah, it looks cool. Neighbor has a 2014 Mustang (V6, so it sounds like an 850 Turbo with a "Japanifold" when it's running) in either that color or a similar one.

Anyway, some more 200 pr0n... Car's sitting up high in the front, since there's no engine in it.

I repainted my old '88 240 in 406 Blue with a flattener and heavy metallic

In the sun, it really picks up and looks like a lighter blue but out of direct sunlight or if it's overcast it's actually a really dark blue
