Hello,

I am from holland and lokking for some information.
Maybe somone can help me.

I have a B6294T engine I want to twincharge it.
Got an Eaton M90 and a Holset HX35.

Unfortunately the engine is not gonna be in the car I want it to be in..
My '75 245 has been totaled by a truckdriver... didn't saw it when he was riding backwards.:-(
So now I'am planning to put the engine in my Alfa 75.

In the first stage I want to keep the internals stock (because the drivetrain will die with 500hp..
How much boost can the engine handle with stock internals?

Witch ECU will be recommanded because of the duall VVT (want to keep them working because of the eaton).

Witch oil can I use the best in the engine?

Witch type of injectors do I need?

With a supercharger you will have plenty of low end torque and I would replace the rods around 300hp if not earlier depending on the power curve. Also a HX35 will spool soon with a supercharger adding the torque.

I have used a lot of Valvoline VR1 10W-60, some VR1 5W-50 and some Liqui Moly 10W-60. All have worked fine.

EV14 injector is a good choice. I've had E85 compatible(SMP/Accel/Holley) disc injectors for years. They do not care if they sit a long time with E85 inside, some EV14 may rust.

I was hoping the stock rods were stronger.
Need to replace them.
Everywhere I look the sell sets of 5 pieces.
Do you know a seller who sells sets of 6 pieces?
Do I need to also change the stock pistons for like 450hp?
 
Some retailers sell a set of 6 if you ask. I'm not sure what length is the rod in a B6294T. B6284T has 139,5mm and FWD B6304/B6294S has 147mm.

Stock pistons will take much more than 450hp.

engine management because of where you are I would go with http://www.emeraldm3d.com/
they will give you a base map to get you running
you then use Bluetooth on your phone
and they will tune it while you are driving
it will hold 4 maps that can be switched while you are driving
so you could have road
race and one to get you past your local testing
what more can you ask ?
