This is my first go round with h beams in a early white block.
Looked around and have yet to see a clear answer. What's the consensus on relieving the bore for add'l clearance on the rod. I can't get a good view to measure what I've got but it's at minimum, 3mm less than with stock rods.
I was thinking 3-4 mm X 10 mm should be sufficient.
But I've also never been this far into one.
