Default 940 Wagon rear end clunk

Hello,

I've got a bad rear end clunk on my 91' 940 Wagon (lowered 65/40) with 236,000 miles. It occurs mostly while accelerating at a turn from very low speeds. I changed the torque rod bushings to PU and reinforced the subframe but there is no noticeable difference. The subframe bushings looked great.

It also produces a clunk when disengaging the clutch. It sounds like its coming from the rear end too.

Is my rear axle just worn out internally?

At first I would check the rear u-joint, Kreuzgelenk, Jonas.

Beste Grüße Kay
