Default 93 240/244 B230F camshaft washer? 6th wire

Two questions:

Should a 93 240 have a washer behind the camshaft sprocket? I didnt have it when taking apart or on several others but it seems to be in the manuals?

Why are there 6 wires in the wires set? 4 for the plugs and 1 for the coil...i dont see where another one would go. The cold start injector was eliminated? Is it for the cold start injector?

The extra wire is for a coil in a different location. (firewall vs strut tower on a 700/760)

A washer goes between the bolt and the FRONT of the cam sprocket.

When you go to tear stuff down it's best to label things and take pics. I noticed it's about your third thread asking where stuff goes. It's ok, I still do it too. Try ripping apart a dash on a modern car. I usually have some leftover screws even when I'm organized.
