I got a small package from rockauto with my lifters to realized I read incorrectly thinking the lifters were priced by the pack not the item. Ended up with only VW Lifters and Im not really in the mood to buy $200 more worth of lifters.

Any body want to buy to buy 4 lifters?

I just slapped valve seals on the filthy junkyard head and bolted it right on.

Spiffy block and valve cover, grungy head and downright filthy alternator:

Heh.

I would also secure them freeze plugs with some number 8 screws and washers to just catch the lip of the plug in 3 spots per hole.
