Correct. That car was hot garbage/dumpster fire however it was the first time I ever did a burnout.

What wheels are those? Early 740 wheels?
Isn't 195-65-15 the stock size for a 145?

No 165R 15 Michelin XZX pizza cutters are stock tires.

So a tad shorter and a bit wider, and a lighter wheel / tire package said and done.

Might not go through the mud and snow quite as well but when the Hondas with 185s put on the brakes in traffic you'll have a fighting chance.

Same specs as the draco's in the garage. Hmmmm. Maybe I will run those.
Good to know the stock tire size.

Run them if you gottem, but don't run wider than 195's or it will drive all heavy, weird wandery and flubbery feeling.

Unless of course you're just posing down at the local cars and coffee, then you'll obviously need some steamroller WWD 17's with tennis shoe 245's.

Currently working a deal on a set of almost new Bilstein HD's and "vintage" cad plated iPD front sway with hardware.

At the moment, I am debating what to do about a cylinder head. I like the idea of an E head for the higher CR and bigger valves. I plan on installing a D cam and tuning the HIF 6's to suit such modifications. Since I have to pull the head to do the cam/lifters anyway, I figure I could do a head swap while I'm at it. Should I bother with an E head, or just put beehive springs on my B head and clean up the exhaust ports?

Dunno about your gas but it won't like Cali Gas 91.

Not that you can find an E head at a TB budget price anyway so it's probably a moot point.

Souping up B20s is ancient history now, even IPD doesn't have much to offer anymore.

Looks like you'll be needing the 2X dollar store cheaters sooner than later.
