This is my beloved Volvo 945 turbo -98.






Engine: B230FK (4cyl turbo 2,3liter)
* BSR step 3 Chip.
* BSR Wastegate.
* ATM Boost controller.
* Forge blow of valve.
* do88 2,5" intake pipes.
* Kamchaft "T". Lift=9,94 Dur in=225 Dur out=218 LSA=109
* Nuke adjustible cam pulley.
* 2,5" Downpipe.
* 2,5" sportkat.
* BSR 2,5" exhaust.
* BSR Optiflow heat shield for airfilter.
* ITG airfilter, 3".
* do88 black silicone hoses.
* 87* termostat.
* Magnecor Electrosport 80 8,0mm silikon spark wires.
* Bosch coil, epoxi filled. (0 221 118 351)
* Sparkplugs: NGK BPR7ES.
* Battery main switch.

Effekt:
* 210hp 13,7 Psi boost

Torqe:
* 335Nm

Transmission:
* AW 03-71L. (Mod. 120 88 31)
* Extra oilcooler from Volvo/Setrab.
* 1031 axel, 3,73:1 gear ratio.

Chassi:
* Kaplhenke swaybar rods with uniball and poly bushings.
* Swaybar front: 22,0mm with poly bushings.
* Shock absorbers front: Bilstein B8 Sprint. (34-030 677/P36-3067)
* Springs front: Lesj?fors Sport.
* Swaybar back: 16,0mm.
* Shockabsorbers back: Bilstein B8 Sprint (24-022 033/P36-2203).
* Springs back: Lesj?fors Sport.
* IPD panhardrod with poly bushings.


Brakes:
* Discs: Slotted Brembo in front, Volvo original in back.
* Calipper: TarOx High Performance.


Rims:
* Volvo Galaxy 7x16".

Tyres:

* Boost gaunge. (VDO)

Oops! Doesent say enything that the heatshield do not fit cars with automatic tranny!





I had to bend the oil pipe to the oil cooler so it fits with the MAF sensor.
