TruTrac Tone Ring

As an FYI, if the TruTrac housing isn't machined down to fit the tone ring you won't be able to install or remove the ring gear.
So you have to weld the tone-ring on with the ring gear already installed.
Or have the case of the TruTrac machined down to fit the strip.

You can also just cut the tone ring teeth into the housing with an angle grinder. There's lots of meat there, and you don't have to be *super* precise for it to work.

Was that yours i did, Ben? I remember doing 2 or 3, i think Steve?s worked ok, anothere had needle bounce.
Definitely not my favorite method.

Worked great for our ABS; possibly the duty cycle is wrong / bad for the 12t speedo?

I think that?s it.
With a 48t wheel (stock) the teeth width and gap width is almost exactly the same (maybe it is the same?)
12t is waaaayyyy different.
