Top car inspired me to build my autocross car. I have the die cast model of the Nordica car and watched every video I could find. When the opportunity came to get a 242 I jumped. I thought about making a tribute type car but in reverse. Black car with subdued war stripes. But I figured it wouldn't be right since I'm Ford v8 powered. So paint is still undecided.

I think that would be too much gold, i'd suggest something minimal to pay tribute. Maybe some racing stripes with the same pattern, on the rear quarter maybe running under the doors.
