Does anyone know if having these mismatched control arm stay bushing on either side is going to cause a noticeable difference side to side?

If you paid close attention back to back after fixing the mismatch you probably could. What are you doing with the car?
Noticeable is a very subjective concept. Your average driver probably wouldn't know the difference although it would negatively affect predictable handling. I have seen outrageous things on people's cars that they have no idea about (mismatched spindles, ball joints that are about to let go, axles that have no grease left, etc). Some people just don't pay attention to the feedback from their car, others are hyperaware of every sensation.
