Porsche/Audi Diverter Valve

nice welds.

when you had your BOV installed you had some idle issues eh?

this bosch unit doesn't make any noise?

then they were not properly lubricated or something.

007 cant fail, its like.... not possible.
And as I said, I had a nice shiny 710n, it failed after like 300 miles

I agree, I don't think you could make it fail... I mean the worst possible thing that could happen is like, it might make a squeaking noise when the lube dries up. Other than that what could happen? Its a solid piece held down with a solid spring, whats there to break?

I know a bunch of people who are putting 20+ psi through their forge CBV's, they're pretty much the only replacement for the bosch that you can get away with on the trionic 7 cars and they seem to be designed accordingly

you know you want it

wouldn't a greddy work? i imagine there are more than just 1 cbv that would work

Rough idle with your BOV? Were you re-circulating it back into the intake or venting to the open air? I know 2.4 likes to stall every now and then when I had the HKS scuck on mine.
