240 -1978 volvo 240 steering column joints

Today's question is where to find upper and lower steering column joints for volvo 240 -1978 with power steering? They seem to be not available everywhere.

The OEM catalog says that 1978 and 1979+ volvos 240 with PS have the same column number and the same joints number. But on 1979+ volvos there is added universal lower joint that has OEM number Volvo 6819550 (or 1359404).
Does somebody know if this universal joint fits volvo 240 -1978 steering column? If yes then still where to find upper joint?

Who had this headache and knows what is what?

My '78 wagon with P/S has a u/joint at the rack and a rubber joint at the fire wall, it is also a solid shaft. The rack pinion is 14mm the later cars are 19mm and have 2 u/joints, I don't when they changed. The joint at the rack is part of the shaft on my car.

I'm working on a 140, so it's not the exact same, but when I converted from power to manual, I ended up going to Woodward and got two U-joints and a piece of DD shaft. The whole setup cost me under $150. Here's a link to their site.
