86 Volvo Amp Wiring?

I got an 86 740 GLE about a year ago. The radio was not in it but there is a Volvo amp under the dash. It has a cable with 6 pins on the end running up to where the radio should be. Is it possible to connect this to a cd/radio I pulled from another vehicle? If it helps the amp has 4x20W HA-4111 on it.
 
i would say remove the amp and rewire the radio to the wires that go into the amp if the radiop you have is fairly new you wont need an amp and it wont be compatible to that amplififer anyway
 
he's right. that amp is weak. the new cd player you got prolly has more juice than that thing. like the beverage (sorry that's mr beverage to us) said trace the wired comin out of the amp to the coresponding speakers
