Bricks haulin stuff

Nope, not legal ;-)
But he claims to have registerd it to pull 1800kg now. And the new megasize caravan is just under that

In Calif, the trailer weight must be observed and 3500lb is more than the tow vehicle itself, which is very dangerous unless you drive real slow. Even with trailer brakes, the trailer can easily push the tow vehicle if not careful.

This is the key- drive slowly and carefully, and have excellent brakes on the trailer and tow vehicle. I've had no problem towing trailers more than twice the vehicle weight with Volvos, even over and through very steep/high altitude mountain passes.

Not mine but a friend's, being abused for these kind of things from time to time so we had to replace the clutch a few weeks ago.. :wiggle:

Dunno if that will work, but it's 2 boxsprings, 2 mattresses, and a table on top of a 244. It looks far more impressive than it is. People going by me on the highway slowed up to take photos of it.

Nice car! , where would you get a front windscreen?

@HP HOI! :)

:)

Windscreen shouldn't be a problem, sandblasting (yes) is the best option, just blast the excess glass off.
Bigger problem is taking the time to finish the welding (which is a LOT still..)
