I know! My "old" engine, trans, trans tunnel, rear axle are all grease/oil covered! It's pretty nasty! But that's one of the reasons I'm taking longer with my engine swap. I'm cleaning EVERYTHING!!!

Finished porting my head - gasket matched both intake and exhaust.
No time to do any major work. I have been busy with sales and house/garage remodeling

Soon to be done
- poly bushings in front
- custom mount for cruise control speedo pick up in the r cluster
- upper strut plates
- replace head with b cam
- install Anza muffler
- box in front control arms
- replace my Russian roulette dizzy - dies sometimes because hall sensor is kaput

I'm thinking about re drilling front spindles to fit the Ronals, but I'm not sure what rotor will fit

I got around to installing the Upper strut plates from 15A

passenger side before

passenger side after

driver side before

driver side after

on my way to Idaho - I stopped by Summit Racing in Reno and installed the upper strut bars in their parking lot. I didn't notice a difference like I did after installing the lowers but thats probably why.

there is no way I can run the Ronals with spacers. I need a custom hub
"dry fitment" in the front

The upper strut plates were the first mod I did on Ron. They were for my 245, but Ron's we cracky like yours, but not as bad. So I bought his last set from round one to put on my wagon.

They are oe from the 58k mile car.... Perhaps they wore fast because of lowering springs but then again they are old

TB special Roma volvo oem wheel
before and after Meltonian

took off the Turbo emblem and put on a GLT emblem. I think it came off a 340 ???
What do you think of it?

some more OEM silly goodness. Since the microprocessor head unit has no power I picked up a 2x25W and 2x40W amps from the yard..............for some real bumping

thanks, its not as nice in real life since the leather is cracked on top/ top-back but
reconditioning the leather did add some years before I'll have to recover it

That Meltonian rocks. Just did my seats, its a lot of work but worth it. Rub in then have to polish it out to a nice shine. Ronals look sweet.
