Yeah, it does 27 km/h(17 mph)@6000rpm

My friend bought it for about 5000usd, took the LS1, 4L60E and rear axle from it and replaced it with parts from a junk Volvo 740
Registered it as an "A-tractor", repainted it and sold it for 11000usd. 15 year olds in Sweden can drive A-tractors but they have to be limited at 30km/h top speed, and the top speed has to be at the rpm where the engine makes the most hp
I made an article about it in the swedish magazine Bilsport

Started to build an exhaust with x-pipe

So far its ending with two mufflers in front of the rear axle, but i think it will have two more mufflers and end at the rear bumper.
I hate the sound of the 044, its a good think i have two in-tank pumps for later

Have done some work with my upgraded fuel tank. Here some CNC-drilliing with the carrot-lathe

Found en electrical connector that is made for fuel tanks

Didn´t feel to safe to use the grinder and welder on the tank But i am still alive Washed it and filled it with water

Anybody know what the plastic container is there fore? Its located in the tank between the fill tube and the fuel sender and is probably about 12x8x8 inches and there is a piece of metal holding it in place
Smuggling drugs maybe? :D

Anyone think this will work?

And i just got my order from Jakes Performance. Overhaul and upgrade-kit for my TH400

Bought a "$499 budget PTC converter"

Got my tank painted with some epoxy, Going to paint it with some thick paint to, maybe that will make the sound of the pumps even lower

One of the most satisfying things I've done with cars over the years was a shift kit and adjustable centrifugal and vacuum modulators on my trucks TH400. It really helped get the combo working together.

Tore in to my slipping TH400 and these are some of my findings

But i also had a TH375 that i wasnt using so i decided to use the housing from it, but seems like someone had used a sledgehammer to put it together

Thankfully a friend could weld it for me, with really nice result

Putting together two broken autos + upgrading kit from Jakes Performance was really interesting

Alive and kicking again!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XMHDi4-Ji4

Installed the new tank with two Walbro 450. So much nicer than the external 044

Its really quiet with the stock cam and the "small" turbos. Was thinking about adding more mufflers but i dont know now..

1" instead of stock 5/8" (or 25mm instead of 16mm ;) )

Some pictures from last week in Lycksele, Sweden. It´s called "Motor week" and some of the events are burnout competition, cruising and dirt track driving. Broke three axle shafts in 24 hours before the rear end exploded :D
